Cookie Policy
Last updated: 24 June 2026
This Cookie Policy describes how Sprouteuwipe.ddd uses cookies and similar technologies, in accordance with the GDPR (AVG), UAVG, and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet (Section 11.7a and related provisions on storing or accessing information on terminal equipment). For personal data processed via cookies, our Privacy Policy also applies.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, session storage, pixels, and scripts. Non-essential cookies require prior, informed, and unambiguous consent under Dutch law.
2. Data Controller
Sprouteuwipe.ddd, Blasiusstraat 144, 1091 CZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Email: message@sprouteuwipe.world · Phone: +31 651 905 823
3. Consent Principles (Telecommunicatiewet)
- No pre-ticked boxes for non-essential cookies;
- Equal ease to accept (Alles accepteren) or refuse (Weigeren) optional cookies;
- No cookie walls — access to information on the site is not conditional on accepting marketing or analytics cookies;
- Granular choice via Cookie-instellingen for analytics and marketing separately;
- Withdraw consent as easily as giving it (footer link “Cookie preferences” / Cookie-instellingen);
- Clear information before consent about purposes and categories.
4. Google Consent Mode v2
Before any optional Google tag fires, we set default denied signals via gtag('consent', 'default') in js/consent-mode.js. After your choice, we call gtag('consent', 'update') from js/main.js:
| Consent signal | Category | Default | After opt-in |
|---|---|---|---|
analytics_storage | Analytics | denied | granted (if analytics enabled) |
ad_storage | Marketing | denied | granted (if marketing enabled) |
ad_user_data | Marketing | denied | granted (if marketing enabled) |
ad_personalization | Marketing | denied | granted (if marketing enabled) |
security_storage | Necessary | granted | granted |
Your choice is stored in localStorage (key: tdde_cookie_consent) for up to 12 months and reapplied on each visit.
5. Cookie Categories
5.1 Strictly Necessary (always active)
Required for core functions: security, remembering your cookie choice, and compliance.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
tdde_cookie_consent | localStorage | Stores consent categories and timestamp | 12 months |
5.2 Analytics (consent required)
Helps us understand aggregated usage (popular pages, navigation paths). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. Placed only after opt-in via Alles accepteren or Cookie-instellingen.
Potential providers (if enabled): Google Analytics or similar, subject to their privacy policies and EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
5.3 Marketing (consent required)
Used for Google Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign measurement where enabled. May involve Google Ireland Limited. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent only. Consent Mode signals: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization. We do not target ads based on sensitive health categories.
5.4 Third-party embeds (Google Maps)
Our contact page shows Google Maps only after you click Load embedded map. Until then, no map cookies are set by us. Loading the embed may allow Google to process technical data (including IP address) under its own policy — see Google Privacy Policy. You may instead open our address in Google Maps via the external link without loading the embed.
6. Managing Your Preferences
On your first visit, our banner explains your options:
- Weigeren — refuse all non-essential cookies and storage; Google Consent Mode signals remain denied;
- Cookie-instellingen — enable or disable analytics and marketing separately;
- Alles accepteren — enable all optional categories;
- Voorkeuren opslaan — save your granular choices in the settings panel.
You may change your choice at any time via Cookie preferences in the website footer. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser (Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security; Safari: Preferences → Privacy; Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions).
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
7. Processors and International Transfers
Third-party cookie providers act as processors or independent controllers under Art. 28 GDPR. We use providers that offer GDPR-compliant terms and, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. Contact us for more information about specific subprocessors in use at any given time.
8. Retention
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies and localStorage entries follow the periods in Section 5. Consent records are renewed after 12 months or when our cookie setup changes materially.
9. Your Rights and Complaints
You have GDPR rights regarding personal data collected via cookies — see our Privacy Policy (access, erasure, objection, withdrawal of consent).
Questions: message@sprouteuwipe.world.
Complaints may be filed with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP): autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. Consumer questions about online tracking may also be directed to the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM): acm.nl.
10. Updates
We update this Cookie Policy when our technologies or legal obligations change. Check the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgment; where required by the Telecommunicatiewet, we will seek renewed consent.
